Bigbasket.com — Rs.5000 deducted from bank account while recharging big basket wallet,but amount not credited in the wallet

On 22.03.22 I recharged my Big basket wallet with Rs.5000/- through my debit card, the amount got deducted and I received a message that Rs.5000/- was spent at One97 Communication L New Delhi, but the amount wasn't credited at my Big basket wallet. This is a huge amount and I need a resolve on this ASAP, how can 5k get deducted from my a/c and the wallet shows empty, the consumer care of big basket did not help either.
Need assistance, also would like to raise a complaint.
