Today I placed an order that got cancelled initiatially due to technical glitch from the payment gateway. However the same order was successful for the second time. When the order arrived, the delivery boy had got two sets of products, both the cancelled as well as the confirmed orders, but was not ready to give the products without collecting the money for the cancelled order, or give the products of the confirmed order and take back the products of the cancelled order. He is not understanding to the point that I had to finally cancel the confirmed order too n he took all the products back. Such a big brand like bigbasket recruiting such uneducated senseless ppl for delivery. Such a waste of time, money n resources for nothing. Customer service is worse than that. They dont want to even take a complaint. Even Rathan Tataji will feel very embarassing n shameful seeing his human resources. Where will India improve if it goes like this.
