My order was not delivered yesterday as given slots, despite of multiple follow ups not recieved any response from bb team nor update.
Now morning i see the delivery got canceled yesterday's and rescheduled the slots today at 1900 to 2230 hrs.
Which was not intimate to me nor accord any confirmation from me to fixed the rescheduled slots. I am sure how they confident that customer is available to receive the delivery.
We chose online shopping to get shopping at home for our living comfortable and save times, not to get stressed or waste time by following up with bb.
Also multiple complaints has been raised by me, but without resolving i see only close status of those. If consumers is not bothering to resolve customer complaints then why the platform open here. Was this information helpful? |
