[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — spoilt products and horrible delivery and customer care executives | |
I don't know what's wrong with big basket, but thier product quality and customer care responses have completely gone down. I order every week from them . They have been delivering stale frozen items. We can only realize it once we open the product. Breads are almost stale. And today was the highlight . I order some items which got delivered on time however since I ordered milk and buttermilk and the packets burst and I had buttermilk and milk on all products . I returned the items. The delivery guy was not bothered and when I contacted customer care for refund they credited to my bb wallet inspire of asking for refund. The lady in customer care was rude and not interested. I order every week from big basket but now you have lost a loyal customer. I know this feedback will not be taken seriously but still gave it a try Was this information helpful? | |
