I booked a grocery order under tata neu reward scheme (150 conis) on 15/04/2023 and i would be delivered on 17/04/2023 but due to delivery executive my order did not received to me on 17/04/2023 so i complained to customer care on 17/04/2023 and the online customer care reschedule my order for 19/04/2023.being to till date have booked my complaint for my 150 neu coin which i did not received . all the time customer care told me we are working on this issue and you will defiantly received you coin but wait for some time.one month has passed but my waiting time still on. customer care are just doing time pass, Very poor working process .
so many time i have E-mail to customer support but they do not reply.
when ever i booked complaint by tata neu app they generate a ticket but after some time they close the ticket without resolve the issue and show issue has resolved . Was this information helpful? |
