I got promo call from bbdaily that I can get free milk every 4 dats if i recharge my wallet with 500 Rs. So I recharged 1250 rs to my account and started subscription of milk. But every day I got messages that milk is delivered and I was not getting anything and at the end of every they refunded my amount back. This happend for a week and out of frustration I cancelled subscription and ordered groceries of half the amount and requested for source refund. Even after a month I didn’t got anything. So I again ordered amul ghee as I was getting that with aal the wallet balance I had and Believe me next day didn’t deliver and when I called customer care they rudely told me that I will get refund by EOD so I told them to refund all the wallet balance to my source account. Now I have got transaction ID :- a6225b78c9397ed6358a from them and I can’t even check which source account is credited and when I ask they just give me this ID. I don’t know what to with this ID and I haven’t received any refund yet. Registered number :- [protected]
