I recharged bbdaily wallet with rs. 3000 on 13th december and it wallet showed updated balance. However, later that night, i received notification regarding low balance. On raising issue to customer service, i was told that money will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but it did not.
I raised the issue again on which i was asked to furnish transaction reference number, account statement, mail from bank confirming payment. I furnished all the requisite records.
But still bb daily is denying receipt of money from my account to bb daily wallet. Now they have even stopped responding or respond with a standard reply: thank you for writing to us. We understand your concern and... Their standard email. Was this information helpful? |
