Bigbasket.com — verbal harassment & terrible customer service | |
On the 28th of april i had placed an order to be delivered by big basket. Not only did they not deliver the complete order, the delivery person kept throwing the biscuits and bread as if he was disposing garbage. On pointing it out to him, he immediately lashed out and the customer service from bigbasket cut my call when i broached the subject stating pandemic crisis so adjusment is necessary from the customer. How is that we are the only ones adjusting? Are these companies not making business during this time? Are they selling their product at discounted pricing? Is employing thugs to delivery to customer homes not a crime? They haven't even followed basic security protocols of having a face mask + hand gloves. They just don't care. What's the use of having a big star endorse this company when their ethics lacks even basic principles? Please reach out to other customers of these culprits. I am sure they have all faced such harrowing experiences. These guys act like angels at a time of crisis and put out a noble face in public to demonstrate how their safety measures are in place and are carefully put. Another aspect is their vegetables and meat are always raw/rotten. Their source of these commodities is highly questionable. Someone needs to conduct a full checkup of their warehouses and i am sure there's more to their antics than they demonstrate to the public. Request the authorities to immediately take this up as a serious matter, these people are bound to infect and harass customers in the name of business. Was this information helpful? | |
