You run a big delivery company and its such a cheap and poor thing you cannot even provide proper packaging or carry bag for the items you deliver? I received my order today and the delivery executive has given me all my items openly on the road with out even a carry bag it was so embarrassing on the road like that to take it. This not the first time everytime I ordered the delivery guy gives all items loose open. Your company name is big basket, leave about basket atleast provide a carry bag to the customer. Atleast for name sake do that or change the company name.
When i reached out to customer service they say that they don't have option for carry bag. And they said i should carry a bag.If this is the case, you should mention it on your app and website so that customers know this when they are ordering. The customer can be receiving the order anywhere at their work place or at home and receiving the items they order loosing and openly is such a bad and embarrassing thing.
I face this issue whenever i use this worst company delivery service. I have complained previously as well about this issue but same thing repeats everytime. They just keep sending same apology email and no action is taken.
This is the reason people don’t use big basket for such poor customer service. I never use it but it was my bad luck that i had used it. I will never use big basket in the future neither will recommend it to others.
