Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered a product (Borosil - Borosilicate Glassware
) through order No MKOVO[protected]. I have placed the order on 23rd March’22. The ordered product was supposed to deliver on 28th March’22 at my place. But on the day of delivery, I have received a message that due to unavailability of the product the order was cancelled. I have ordered the product for gifting purpose. So all my planning went in vain.
I have some questions in this regard:-
1. Why the ordered product was not delivered to me?
2. Why did they take the order if they don’t have the stock?
3. Why did they not able to take the product in stock within 5 days of the fully paid order?
4. Why did they inform me about the cancellation of my order on the day of delivery?
5. For any modifications in order, why they didn’t call the customer to confirm the same?
6. Is it a one way communication only?
I was very much upset to hear that someone else would take my ordered product. But I don’t able to understand the logic behind it. My product would come to me automatically by system only. How somebody else could take my ordered product? Moreover the funny fact is that Bigbasket is still taking the order for the same product. I have attached the screenshot of the same for your reference. Is it a right approach? Or is it an eyewash to collect the order only?
In this case, I do feel that you should take proper action to this act and provide a proper resolution to me .
