[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — wallet recharge | |||
I had placed a order with big basket on 7th march 2019. It was a card delivery and when the delivery boy came to deliver his card machine was not working and also he did not accept a cash of rs 2000 for a bill amount of 425. I re-charged the big basket wallet with 2000 rs, 1000 rs transaction twice and also paid the rs 425 though net banking, which big basket claimed as failed transactions. The amount is debited from the account on 8th march and it is not reversed back until 19th march 2019. I have reached out to big basket and they are not ready to respond back to my email or send any confirmation on the transaction failures. Bank team is asking for a mail confirmation.
