I initiated the refund from wallet to source account by mailing bbdaily support on 24th April. They assured me, within 48 hrs, our team will contact me for this.
Till 26th, I received no such call from them,
I again mailed them no calls were received by me from your end, they again assured me they have escalated this issue, and a team will contact me within 48 hrs.
As of right now, I have received no such call, and when I called support, they were saying they have already called me. They again escalated this issue and gave me a complaint no and 48 hrs.
I don't know if this is a scheme of duping customers which is being played by BBDaily, but I want my money back. It's not a huge amount of money, and this should take this long.
I tried calling and mailing them, and they keep on saying that within 48 hrs your issue will be resolved, but comes 48 hrs, and my issue is right where it was earlier.
