Bigbasket.com — wrong and spoiled product delivered and big basket don't have any clue about this even after multiple mail/call
Two instance of total lack of respect to customers time and money from big basket. Multiple issues on these orders. Big basket was never bothered about this though.
1. Order placed and never delivered on time, after waiting for the promised slot (7am - 9.30 am slot and big basket updated me at around 10am), big basket mentioned that it will be delayed to a later slot. Same thing repeated for next slot and it was moved to next day!!!
2. Ordered item was never delivered and big basket updated order without any update and also not sure about the amount they credited.
3. Item was in the order list but never delivered. The delivery person mentioned that it was informed to me, but bigbasket never informed and when i called big basket, they did not know about this.
4. Bad quality item delivered and even after return of the item, big basket did not bother to credit the amount or replace the item.
5. Wrong item delivered and never replaced the item on time. I asked them not to credit the amount to my wallet as big basket was more interested in customer money than providing service. And big basket happily took the money without any question.
For any of the above issues, big basket never bothered to call and they never replied with proper answers to any of the issues.
It is very clear that big basket does not have any respect to customers time or money.
