Bigbasket has deactivated my account and reason giving by them is i have created multiple bigbasket account. This allegation is wrong and when I said this they stopped responding to my emails.
I have a bigbasket account since 5yrs I used to order grocery for my house and my parents house.
From last 4 months i shared my I'd with my sister to add items in a app and then I will pay from my mobile.
2days back we have done this. After receiving payment. Next day in evening they cancelled the order and blocked my account.
Firstly I want my account activated because I haven't done anything wrong.
And if you feels that there is some issue then explain me so I will not do it in future..
I don't have multiple numbers to create a new account that's why I m asking you to reactivate my account. Was this information helpful? |
