[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — account inactive money stuck rs.9000

We ordered products from all of our family numbers and delivered them at my place. Now my accounts are inactive and all of them are having 1000 rs in bb wallet credited by us.in total there ismore than 9000rs. Please help us out as this is the money that we have for this month's grocery expenditure and if we do not get it back then we will be in grave problem. We will assure you to not repeat such kind of thing in future
