Bigbasket.com — amount deducted but payment not done | |||
I placed order on 17nov17 and on delivery card swiped twice but payment not done. 1250 amount deducted but not credited in bank account. Its been 12 days stil no reversal done. Mailed to customer care but no response received. I am a regular customer and this kind of response is not acceptable.. Big basket is cheating its regular customers.
