Bigbasket.com — amount not refunded even after two months | |||||
I have purchased grocery through big basket on last week of october 2017 for which extra amount 942 was charged on my bill which was not yet refunded even after raising customer complaint ticket no:[protected] Multiple remainder emails were sent and they cheated saying amount will be refunded. Not replying to email any more. It’s been already two months and still amount not refunded. Need to get my amount refunded at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||||
