[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — delivery issue and poor customer service, quality | |||
I am tired of escalating, no resolution however they update resolved for all. Today my slot was at 0600 to 0800, however bb changed it without intimation. When connected with customer care it was stated that there was a security issue in my apartment however when on conference call with the delivery person statement was different as he said he couldn't reached me, so he didn't came to my address. So it is clear that story was made to excuse for their own. If delivery can be done on base of mobile number why address is required to mention? Customer care take 4 minutes to chat or respond call hold time is 4 mins too.. Customer care has zero knowledge of own products or services. When i requested to cancel my order it is asking 30 rs charge, where i have not changed my delivery slot bb changed on own, than why i should pay? I can't seat at home as per bb convenient time.
