Bigbasket.com — delivery personnel misbehaved | |
I am a regular user of bigbasket and would like to bring your attention to a particular issue. Today i had a delivery for order mkoo[protected]. I live in a flat in the first floor. During this lockdown period i am personally thankful for the services we are receiving till date in the midst of the odds. I had last taken delivery few days ago in the lockdown period at my door step. As usual i provided the bag and the delivery personnel dropped the items in it maintaining the distancing rules. Today it was unfortunate and harassing for me. The delivery personnel refused to come at the doorstep. Instead he started behaving rude telling that this is not their part of routine work and he is not supposed to do so. The problem is in this lockdown period avoiding moving out is the primary concern which allows me to take service from bb. This rude behaviour of the personnel today had a negative impact on me and i took time to complain about receiving my order. Attaching the order details with this mail.
