[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — dissatisfied | |||
I have been shopped with the Big basket for first time and it allowed me to process and submitted the transaction and even my amount has been debited in my account balance...After a day i have been receiving a call from the representative stating that the delivery s not possible at the current location and they refund process will take 5 to 9 business days... I am like shocked on the first place on why the system allowed me to process the transaction rather it should have given a message that currently no service possible at the given pincode...
