Big basket customer care agent called me on October 1 that khurpa (one of the item) can’t be delivered yesterday as the item is out of stock and will be delivered on oct 3. I was dejected as I planned to do gardening on oct 2 holiday and I couldn’t do the same. Moreover, it took them 2 days after placing the order to let me know about unavailability. My delivery slot was 5-7:30 pm and he informed me at 6:30 that he couldn’t deliver the item which I was eagerly waiting for. Unfortunately the call got disconnected due to network issues. He didn’t bothered to give me call again and he then immediately cancelled my order of khurpa which was supposed to be delivered on oct 3. BB delivery guy already arrived at my apartment complex at 6 pm (I got security notification that guy has checked-in into the campus) and I conversed with the rep at 6:30 pm. Soon, I got a notification that my whole order will be delivered the next day though the BB delivery guy checked in my campus for delivery. Soon thereafter, I got a message that my order is cancelled and I will not be getting any items delivered.. I am completely dejected by the BB service. I would request you to please take strict action against the customer care agent who called me on oct 1 at 6:30 and he cancelled the order without my permission and for unnecessarily harassing me. I booked order on 25 September 2018 for delivery on 29 September 2018 from 8:00pm to 10:30pm but I didn't receive delivery no status of my order on app no customer care services.

Order cancelled without intimation. Again the delivery charges were applied instead of redelivery. I shall complain this on consumer forum
