I must say that i am disgusted with your stupid service and we have the same problems every time we place an order to you.
Imagine, that if the delivery person cannot get the call through, does it mean the order is cancelled?
Please note and it should be educated to all of you sitting out there, that if the customer places an order and if the payment is already done, it is the job of the delivery person to find the address on his own. If he cannot get the call through or due to networking issues, it is his sole responsibility to find out the address from local people.
Please be aware that your services are fallen short and miserable, and it needs to be revamped to its fullest efficiency and potential.
