[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — on time guarantee 10 % value back not given for late delivery | |||||
This is to inform you that big basket has failed to get my order delivered for the time slot between 7am-9am on 27th may, 2018. The order reference number is - bgufvo[protected] I had to call the customer care executive 3 times and every time they said the delivery agent will call me back by 15 mins and that i will be given a 10% value back for my order. After 1 hour the delivery executive calls me up and tells me that my order will get delivered during evening time between 4:30pm-6:30pm and that i will not be given a 10% value back for this order. When i asked him the reason, he said the order will now get delivered from a different hub. So, is this my fault? Big basket has mentioned this loud and clear on their official website about on time guarantee 10% value back for late delivery. There is no terms and conditions written about this information on their website. Please see the attached screenshot from their official website. So, why i was being harassed by big basket with my order delivery and not being given a compensation? This is not acceptable! I request you to take a strict action on big basket for passing false information to customers that is being published/written on their official website regarding - on time guarantee 10% value back for any late delivery.
