Big basket delivery boy subhash shankar and customer care boy vijraj

I feel very pity to inform this. This is not the first time i have faced this issue with big basket.

Both people are not able to resolve order placed issues.

They have changed time slots but still not placed my order

Today, end of the day, you are not able to resolved my issue so i can complaint in the consumer department.

Updated by shreyansh14 Bigbasket guys never placed order on time, Without any information automatically change time slot 3 times under the 3 days & also cancel order automatically. Now, Still it is not able to placed order after 3 days.Unhappy with customer care executive from Pune😡

Unhappy with customer executive from Pune because customer executive guys (Mr.Preetesh, Mr.Kundan Suthar & Mr.Piyush) never try to resolved this issues and also above three guys direct cancel my order. Customer executive guys deserve unprofessional language @bigbasket_com

Now, today Still changed time slots but still not placed my order,

Hopeless customer care boy and also order delivery system.

Please do not buy any product from the big basket

I purchased 1kg peas on 22jan18
Rs34.90showed when gave order but charged rs39. 90
