@bigbasket_com appalling service from big basket.. Even after calling because the order was delayed no call back was made from you. If being a bb star member we get this kind of poor service then i have nothing to say further... Pathetic. Order number mbo[protected]

No call back... Till now.. And your customer service representative has a script... Which says 10% discount will be offered... Not happening... Customer's valuable time, experience and satisfaction is more important... Not happy
