I have placed an order through their mobile app. the money was deducted from my icici pockets wallet and due to some technical issue at their end the order was converted to cod instead of paid. i cancelled the order and now they are saying i have placed a cod order so they didn't have any information regarding payments. i contacted them several times on the phone and they hung up saying we have forwarded your request to concerned department. i sent them several emails regarding the concern for which i haven't received any replies. here are the details Date of Order - 07-Feb-2017 Order No. - MLDO[protected] Transaction ID from ICICI - IP814192 Money Deducted - 1513/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent me a email regarding where i want my money to be sent either bb Wallet which is instant or my bank account which usually take 10-15 days. I opt out for wallet. Then they have credited my wallet for the sum i lost. BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
