[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — regarding registered mobile number | |||
I tried using my mobile no. To register for big basket account. But it showed mobile no. Already registered. But i have never registered for big basket using my this mobile no. Then i realised someone else is using my phone no. So i complained about it at big basket customer service but they keep passing my complain to other executive. Is this the way to talk to customer who need help? I really need you guyz to look into this matter as someone else is using my phone no. Which is a privacy related issue and big basket is not helping it to fix it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered products including a litre of fresh milk delivery was 19th July, milk I recieved was expired on 18th July. They refunded the amount, is this a solution? What if I had food poisoning by consuming the milk without noticing the expired date
