I am a regular customer of bbdaily having a regular subscription of items like coconuts etc.. But lately i am finding that every month at least 3 -4 time they either don't deliver or deliver less quantities. After complaining sometime they refund monry but sometime they come up with excuses and new policies (From nowhere) and eat up the money. This is really pathetic and unprofessional.
I have travelled many countries but have never seen a policy that take customer money and don't deliver. I must say that cheating companies like this defame india.
It is not the duty of the customer to ensure proper and fair delivery but the duty of the company to ensure fair delivery.
Just imagine, even if they cheat 50 customers every day, multiplied by 365 days, how much extra money they earn by this cheating. This is a new closed scam.
I am not sure if they train their delivery people for this type of activities.
I would rather suggest bbdaily to open a ngo and ask for donation for themselves which is more professional rather than cheating customers and making money by short delivery. Was this information helpful? |
