Bigbasket.com — repeated cancellation of orders and no refund issued

My mother had placed an order for 1250 on the 18th march which was supposed to be delivered by the 24th march morning. But even after the confirming with their customer executives many times, they eventually cancelled the order owing to the lock down and put my money in their big basket wallet instead of my bank account, now since then i requested them for a refund of my money to my account through and the big basket chat but nothing has happened. So i again ordered using their wallet money on the 26th march which was to be delivered on 1st april, but after waiting for 5-6 days they again cancelled my order. From the 18th march they have taken my money, not delivered any products, cancelled the orders because of their own problems and till now they have not returned my money to my bank account. Even today i called them to get a confirmation that i will get my order and was told that they will call me back but instead they sent me sms saying order is cancelled. What big basket is doing is taking a loan from its customers during the lock down without paying any penalty or any interest because they cancel the order and put the money in the big basket wallet so my money stays with them even though its their fault.

I need immediate refund of my money and also penalty or some form of remittance for cancelling my order twice and withholding my money for almost 2 weeks.
