I have ordered a case for my redmi note 4 on december 8. I have recived only one confirmation mail no futher details or tracking information is provided to me. And i havent created a account just ordered the case so i also have no customer executive no. But i have the screenshot of the order confirmation page and have the confirmation mail. But even no other further details have been provided to me with the confirmation mail. I think this is a fraud website. My request to government please bann this website and this website refund my money amounting rs.199. Was this information helpful? | |||

I gave the order almost a week ago still no response. My order no. is 75183. Thier numbers are fake email id is fake. I dont know what to do. I payed for it through razorpay which was compulsory. I want my money back

I have order two back cases. Order number #77 105, #77110 . I have done online payment through paytm amount of 400/-. Before I order website has open after order two it has shown the status in processing.Now website is not open so please kindly get me know the status of my order or cancel the order and refund my money back. ( respond me )
My order is still in process from past 5 days and my order is prepaid what should i do to receive my order or to cancle it
