[Resolved] Bikanervala / Bikano — Inefficient online delivery service and substandard customer service | |||||
I ordered a Diwali gift package from the company's online delivery website to be delivered before Diwali in faridabad. I made the order on 23rd Oct with the understanding that if I ordered before 25th Oct, the company would guarantee to deliver the package before Diwali (as mentioned on their website). My package was delivered at the wrong address (in Gwaliar instead of Faridabad) and the poor customer service did not take my complaint seriously. As a result, . my package arrived 2 days after Diwali and in an incomplete state. The package I ordered and paid for contained a box of sweets, a card and a candle but the late delivered package only had sweets. Was this information helpful? | |||||
