Bikanervala — Refused to deliver even after applying | |||
Went to the Sector 86 outlet with family on 09th Oct'21 Morning. After the first round of orders, we wanted to order vada sambar. Even after we paid using PayTm, they refused to serve saying that the payment has not been received. I asked if they would refund the amount once they receive the same. They refused to do so. This is pure cheating. How can they ask for extra money and refuse to pay back once they receive the money in their account. We showed them that the money got deducted from our account. In addition, the service standards are very poor. We waited for more than 10 minutes to get the tables cleaned. We had to go to the counter and request to send someone to clean. As a next step, if this is not resolved amicably, will file a complaint with the consumer court for cheating and poor customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
