Bikanervala — Service quality and cleanness is very bad

Today i visited bikanerwala karol bagh for lunch. When i started my lunch i saw one big rat was on my table. I was to pathetic. People are coming in bikanerwala because its known for hygiene. But today i saw a worst place where i spend my money and i am really disappointed and when i complaint to floor manager (Mr. Singh) they were try to bribe me wheather i take money or they provide me fresh food. But today i realize that haldirams have more clean outlets than bikanerwala. Kindly register my complaint and resolve my issue Regards Jatin talwar [protected]
