[Resolved]  Billdesk — 39 K amount debited at payment gateway but not credited to NPS

I was making a contribution of 39 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Nov 10, 2020) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

I made the payment to NPS Tier 1 of 50, 000. The amount has been debited from my account but the transaction status is still a failure. Please help.

Can you check and confirm if your money was refunded back or not ?
I was making a contribution of 20295 to e-NPS account (National Pension System) through payment gateway today (10 February 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my Kotak Bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

I have contributed 500 using nps mobile app, amount is deducted from account but it's not added in the nps account.

Hi I was trying to make NPS contribution of 25k with taxes it came up to 25059 from billdesk, amount got debited from my saving account, but I got failure msg on screen and I was getting msg to try another payment, please see screenshot amount is debited from my account but not reflected in NPS statement.

Rs 5000 debited from ICICI BANK ACCOUNT towards NPS TIER 1 ACCOUNT, but NPS displays a failure message of "TRANSACTION UNSUCCESSFUL".

Hep me resolve this please
