Issue with Bill payment

I have done a UPI payment through Google pay app, to BilldeskGovt, bd.[protected]@icici.
It shows successful but receiver says that you don't done any payment.

So for that could you please refund my money back to my account from where I had payment...

Using bhim QR scan I paid 850 rupees to billdesk for ibps payment, but the money was debited, showing that payment failure, I didn't even receive the mail regarding the failure of the transaction, please resolve as soon as possible...

Payment failed but amount deducted while doing DOST online Self- Reporting.

On 24th October 2020 i was doing Online self reporting on DOST website https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ I tried to pay amount of Rs 1000/- for confirming seat. I made a payment thru G-Pay UPI by scanning your QR code but payment got failed and amount of rs 1000 got debited from my Bank Account. I Thought i will be getting my money back without any making complaint but there is no word from you people. I tried to call on your costumer support number...

Amount deducted from account but shows payment failed

I was trying to complete payment for my seat confirmation in dost.cgg.gov.in using billdesk and upi as payment mode i have successfully completed my payment from my upi app and amount got deducted from my account but in payment page of dost.cgg.gov.in it shows payment failed.

I made payment of Rs 2348 on 1/11/2020 through Billdesk for Madhya Gujarat VIJ Company Ltd. The amount was debited from my bank account by billdesk but the transaction failed before returning to the MGVCL portal i.e. without paying to the MGVCL. I was making a contribution towards my NPS account on using billdesk on 31 Oct 2020. The payment of amount 5011.00 Rs was decucted but showed error transaction failed after completion. Its has been 48 hours and the amount still do not reflect in my NPS accont.
