Billdesk — amount debited but not credited at the receiver end | |||||
I had initiated transaction of about 5000 rs from hdfc bank to the standard charted bank from the google tez on 29 june. The amount was debited from my account but was not reflected back at the receiver end even after 4 days. Its is showing processing status and the amount is not even credited back to my account. Even after following many instruction i was unable to reach any of there representative. Was this information helpful? | |||||
