I have done transaction through bill desk to pay my hdfc credit card via corporation bank net banking on 05/12/2018 (16:25:56) for rs. 37638.00. Amount has been debited from my account but transaction shown as failure. Pl note transaction ref no pcrp[protected]. I have called hdfc customer care also and they have informed that amount has not been credited and corporation bank has informed that amount has been debited. I have written to bill desk also on [protected]@billdesk.com but no revert has been received. Called their customer care no but they are not helpful and told to contact via email only. Corporation bank has also written them email on 05/12/2018 but revert is awaited. Please resolve the issue at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
