Billdesk — amount debited from my account but it is not showing in the payee's credit

On 7th november 2019 i have made the payment of rs 4439/- to the uhbvn twice as the payment made in first attempt was not successful. The amount of rs.8878/- has been deducted from my account but the same has not been credited to uhbvn account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that i am not penalized for late payment of the electricity bill.
