Billdesk — Amount deducted but bsnl recharge transaction failed

Yesterday 28/6/2021, I made recharge of Rs.106 for bsnl number [protected] through bsnl recharge portal website.
During transaction it showed 500 error and "Transaction failed try after some time" message showed up. But amount is debited. Then after 20 minutes I tried once more. It also failed and amount is debited. Total Rs.212 is deducted but refund is not initiated. I'm using that website since 1 year for recharging. I contacted bsnl customer care they have no update about this. Please take action and refund my money as soon as possible.
