Dear Sir/Madam, I made a payment to ebay using Paytm wallet, whilst making transaction neither my payment for order was made nor the money was refunded to Paytm wallet. Also Paytm claims that the payment was successful for 354 rupees. This transaction was done on the 7th of April, 2017 at 17:04:52 hours. Billdesk order id: IPT[protected] Transaction id : [protected] Ebay Item id :[protected] As assured that the money would be refunded within 48 hours if transnactions is unsuccessful but doesn't quite seems like.
