Billdesk — amount deducted but transaction failed in ibps

I have applied for ibps crp rrb ix officer scale i with an application fee of rs. 850/- through bhim qr scan. The amount got deducted from account but still it is asking for payment in registartion form. I spoke with bhim team, they told money got credited to merchant and make confirmation with merchant. But in form it is showing payment as failure. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
