Billdesk — Amount deducted from bank but transaction failed at NPS from billdesk gateway

I was making a contribution of 10512.98 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (16 December 2021) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my bank of Maharashtra account but not credited to my NPS account. i used internet banking to pay it.
my transaction details as follow:
Rs. 10, 512.98 has been spent from A/c No xxxx2938 on 16-DEC-2021 by IB transfered to ONLINE NPS dec WBOM[protected]. MAHABANK.

Hi team,

I made transaction on nps app for contribution and 25k amount got deducted from the hdfc bank on 30th Jan 2022 but no mail or message was received for the payment.

Please look into this. Neither the amount has been credited to nps account.

I made transaction on nps app for contribution and 5017 amount got deducted from the hdfc bank on 29th May 2022 but no mail or message was received for the payment.

Please look into this. Neither the amount has been credited to nps account.

I have contributed 500 using nps mobile app, amount is deducted from account but it's not added in the nps account.
