[Resolved] Billdesk — Amount Deducted from ICICI BANK | |||
Hi Support Team, I have made payment to Tata communications with Online payment of Rs 900 with your payment gateway on 08th August 2014 which has been deducted amount from my ICICI Bank account but could not process further. When checked the account details, It already deducted amount and down the Gateway page hence the transaction could not succeed later again have to pay to Tata communication via in-personal . I have already checked with Tata communications payment department and they confirmed that there is no such transaction id they got. Could you please check the attached transaction ID receipt at bank details to check it further and let me know the update on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
