Billdesk — amount deducted from my bank account but payment canceled. | |||
Today I was trying to pay for college admission fee from this website- "http://bdp.wbnsouadmissions.com/application.aspx" and their payment gateway was Billdesk. After that I was redirected to Billdesk then I entered my Union Bank Debit card details (Last 4 Digit: 6161) and clicked on “Proceed to Payment”. it was loading for a few seconds and then I got the Error message " Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction." I even not refreshed the page. And I opened another tab and entered to Netaji Subhas Open University Website. After that, I checked that if my payment has been paid. But it was showing that “Your Application Fee has not been received.” Then I checked my bank account through net banking and have seen that the amount has been deducted from my account. This is the remark I found from my statement- " POS: NSOUWB/Mumbai/[protected] " The amount was Rs. 3, 035.40. After this problem, I instantly sent an email to [protected]@billdesk.com by writing all these problems. But till now I have not received any response from them. I even tried to call them all their numbers are not reachable. I found their numbers from their website. I need help. I am unable to pay the fee to the college. It is very urgent.
