I had submitted my ib acio application 2021 on 24th Dec 2020 I had made payments 4times through sbi debt card and net banking but all the time i got failed message from ib on 25th Dec 2020 again I made payment this time payment was successful and I got confirmation message but I didn't got my previous day amount 4*600=2400 so please resolve my issue

Kindly refund my application fee amount. Since in IB portal it is showing failed transaction and rs 606 has been deducted for the transaction.

My payment has been deducted twice for IB ACIO examination form . Kindly refund me the extra deducted amount .

I have submitted the ib acio application on 7th Jan 2021 the fee paid was debited from my account but ib acio application shows payment was pending I waited for the next day and I tried once again on 8th Jan 2021 again money debited but application was not successful
So plz resolve this problem and make a refund. Hear I'm attaching images of transaction

I had made payment for IB ACIO three times 3*506=1518 one time from my account through net banking and one time from my sister account on 8 jan 2021. My form is submitted but i want refund of Rs. 1012.plzz resolve my problem

But the amount deducted twice on 24th December 2020.
first time done through google pay app it is unsuccessful and second time done through internet banking it is successful.
Please initiate refund of 500 rupees.
