Billdesk — Amount for ib acio form is deducted twice

I have submitted the ib acio form on 8 jan 21 . I have paid the fees of rs600 for the first time which was not successful but the amount was deducted then again I submitted the fees. But my payment of 600 which was unsuccessful is not yet refunded. Kindly refunf the money. My application no. MHA[protected].
