[Resolved] Billdesk — Amount got debited saving account but not credited into SCB credit card | |
Hello All, Transaction ID: VATP[protected] Amount:13414 I had made a payment of 13414 through bill desk for my standard chartered credit card to which the amount has got debited from my saving a/c and transaction shows successful but while cross-checking SCB they haven't received the payment. Its been 4 days I have been trying to follow up with bill desk customer care to which there is no response to my emails non to my calls and I have even tried reaching out all over India bill desk numbers to which there was no response too. please help me out to get out of this Transaction ref no: VATP[protected] Amount:13414 The resolution needed either credit it into my credit card account or refund back the money to my saving account .
