[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount got debited saving account but not credited into SCB credit card

Hello All,

Transaction ID: VATP[protected]
Amount:13414

I had made a payment of 13414 through bill desk for my standard chartered credit card to which the amount has got debited from my saving a/c and transaction shows successful but while cross-checking SCB they haven't received the payment. Its been 4 days I have been trying to follow up with bill desk customer care to which there is no response to my emails non to my calls and I have even tried reaching out all over India bill desk numbers to which there was no response too. please help me out to get out of this

The resolution needed either credit it into my credit card account or refund back the money to my saving account . For more details PFA.
