[Resolved]  Billdesk — amount is debited but is not paid to nptel

On march 16/03/2020 at 10:33 am an amount of 1000/- is being debited from my account but is not paid to my course innovation by design. I want the payment to be complete right now or else i want a refund to my account immediately.
I kindly request you to look into it right now.

I booked a ticket using Paytm payments bank and the ammount was deducted, it is saying that failed, I am attaching the transaction id, please get me a refund or ill be going to court
