Billdesk — Amount paid but no confirmation | |||
Hello Sir, I paid bill for my credit card through billdesk. The amount of Rs. 21, 100/- has been deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the return url page from ICICI bank to Billdesk gave error on Billdesk page. No SMS for amount receive was given to me via Standard chartered Credit card department, which usually happens instantly. I instantly mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com, but they are yet to reply. When its about payment, they should reply instantly. My mail is lying there. I called at their Kolkata number, where they said it would take 48 working hours to reply, which takes 5-6 days. Please do the needful.
