I transferred inr 200000.00 from my icici bank account to idfc mutual fund at app. 1200 hrs on 28 november, 2017 through online transaction vide bil/[protected] towards purchase of idfc mutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed as banker (Icici bank) website timed out. The amount has been debited from my account. Idfc has not received the amount. You are requested to reconcile. same hare with me I am transferring ₹3000/- which is deducted from my Canara bank Account on 1st Feb 2018, but no response from IDFC MF .
